Credits requested for orders returned will be subject to approval at our discretion. Products must be returned in original packaging in the same condition supplied complete with all relevant information and manufacturer certificates. If the product has been used or the packaging damaged your credit request may be declined. Credits approved may exclude freight and/or handling fees.

Please be aware that any product that has been manufactured, cut to length or in any other way modified will not be accepted for credits.
